Job Description
Whip-Smart Service Providers Limited is looking for an experienced and committed Human Resources Assistant/Intern to support our factory operations in Ikeja, Lagos. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and executing HR strategies, policies, and programs that enhance our workforce.
Salary: ₦100,00.00 – ₦120,00.00 per month
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Facilitating recruitment and staffing initiatives
- Managing employee relations and providing guidance
- Implementing training and development programs
- Overseeing compensation and benefits administration
- Developing HR policies and ensuring compliance
- Creating employee engagement strategies
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, along with proven HR experience, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of labor laws.
