Job Description
GB Talent Solutions Inc., a thriving HR consulting firm established in January 2024, is seeking a Customer Representative Intern. This remote internship will provide you with the opportunity to engage with customers through various communication channels, offering them accurate information about our services.
Your key responsibilities will include addressing inquiries via chat and email, fostering customer relationships, and tracking interactions with CRM tools.
Ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor’s Degree or HND, possess excellent communication skills, and preferably have experience in customer support within the tech industry. We encourage female candidates to apply.
