Job Description

PWAN GROUP invites qualified candidates to apply for the position of Human Resource Officer. In this role, you will oversee the entire recruitment process, manage payroll operations, design HR policies, and maintain employee relations. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating training programs and ensuring accurate maintenance of employee records.

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, alongside a minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably within the real estate sector. Comprehensive knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and proficiency in HR software, as well as excellent communication abilities, are required.
