Job Description
Work_Forge Solutions is seeking a talented Accountant to join our team in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. We invite applications from entry-level candidates who hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, with a minimum of upper second class honors. Ideal candidates should possess 1-3 years of experience in the Oil and Gas sector or similar industries. Professional certification will be considered an advantage.
Key responsibilities include preparing corporate tax returns, reconciling financial discrepancies, maintaining accurate bookkeeping and cash management systems, processing payroll, and collaborating with auditors. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software, particularly Sage.
