Job Description
Tirta Ayu Spa Nigeria is seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a warm demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a polished appearance. Responsibilities include managing client interactions both over the phone and in person, handling bookings, checking in clients, promoting our services, and ensuring a welcoming reception area.
Qualifications for this role include a university degree, a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, familiarity with spa etiquette, and proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
