Job Description
AAVA Brands Limited is actively seeking a results-oriented and dynamic Area Sales Manager to lead our sales operations within a specified geographical region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, managing a team of sales representatives, and broadening our customer base.
Key responsibilities include guiding the sales team, fostering strong relationships with distributors and clients, analyzing sales performance data, and collaborating with marketing and supply chain teams. Candidates should possess 4-6 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
This is a full-time position, offering a monthly salary between ₦150,00.00 and ₦250,00.00.
