Job Description
Recruit Drive is excited to announce an opening for an HR Lead in our Abuja office. This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from NGN 250,00 to 400,00, specifically within the hospitality and hotel industry. The HR Lead will oversee recruitment, onboarding processes, and employee relations, while ensuring adherence to Nigerian labor laws.
We are looking for candidates with a degree and 3-5 years of relevant HR experience. A strong understanding of HR processes and Nigerian labor legislation is essential. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in HR software are required, while HR certification will be considered an asset.
