Job Description
Synergy Aesthetic & Designs, a premier Interior Design and Decor firm located in Ikeja, Lagos, is in search of a dedicated Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time opportunity aimed at organizing and streamlining office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Provide essential data entry and document management support
- Ensure office supplies and facilities are well-maintained
- Coordinate appointments and meetings
- Prepare and edit documents and reports
- Assist team members with various tasks and project deadlines
- Uphold confidentiality regarding sensitive information
Qualifications: Candidates must hold an SSCE or OND qualification with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
Salary: N150,00 – N200,00 monthly.
