Job Description
Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant to the CEO. This key role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our daily business activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all communications for B2B and B2C interactions.
- Oversee inventory management processes.
- Ensure timely deliveries to clients.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Generate invoices for services rendered.
- Ensure adherence to relevant regulations.
- Handle online procurement efficiently.
- Perform various administrative duties as required.
Skills Required: The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail, excellent multitasking abilities, exceptional organizational skills, effective time management, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Compensation: Competitive salary of $150k monthly, including benefits.
We welcome applicants between the ages of 35-45, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, residing in or near Surulere.
