Job Description
Finbloom Capital Limited is seeking an energetic and results-oriented Client Relationship & Recovery Officer to join our dedicated team in Lagos. This full-time role is centered on effective account management, loan recovery strategies, and digital engagement aimed at enhancing client retention and strengthening our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a portfolio of delinquent accounts to ensure timely recovery.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients.
- Implement social media campaigns to actively engage clients.
Qualifications:
