Job Description
We are on the lookout for a driven and experienced Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Manager to join our dynamic team. The selected candidate will be tasked with creating and executing monitoring and evaluation strategies to effectively measure the impact of our programs.
Key responsibilities include designing data collection tools, analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data, and generating comprehensive reports for stakeholders. Additionally, the MEL Manager will provide training to staff on best practices in monitoring and evaluation.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of MEL frameworks, exceptional analytical abilities, and proficiency in data analysis software. A Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
