Job Description
Myafrimall Logistics is an independent customs broker committed to offering comprehensive customs clearance solutions for both import and export operations.
We are currently looking for a dedicated Sales / Customer Service Representative to become a vital part of our team in Sangotedo, Lagos. This is a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote our logistics and real estate services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Develop innovative marketing strategies to attract new clients.
- Follow up on leads and successfully close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications: A minimum of HND or Bachelor’s Degree with 2-3 years of experience in customer service. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in technology are essential.
Salary: N150,00 – N170,00 per month, with opportunities for growth.
