Job Description

Salve Consulting Limited is on the lookout for a Senior HR Officer to create and implement employee learning and performance programs. The ideal candidate will lead training initiatives, manage performance appraisal systems, and contribute to leadership development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute comprehensive learning and development strategies.
• Implement effective training programs and monitor progress.
• Oversee performance appraisal processes and facilitate leadership development.

Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; 5+ years of experience in training and performance management; and strong proficiency in HRIS and LMS systems.

Benefits: Competitive salary of N300,00 – N350,00/month, pension plan, life assurance, health maintenance organization (HMO) coverage, and leave allowance.
