Job Description
SMASH TECHNOLOGY is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Officer to become a vital part of our team. In this position, you will deliver outstanding support to our customers by promptly and effectively addressing their inquiries.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing customer queries through phone, email, and chat; maintaining accurate customer records; troubleshooting issues; and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
