Job Description
Prestigious Consulting is looking for a passionate Customer Service Officer to join our laundry department team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing orders, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and complaints.
- Maintain customer records and process transactions efficiently.
- Manage social media interactions and gather customer feedback.
- Coordinate pickups and deliveries, ensuring the accuracy of orders.
- Create promotional materials using Canva.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the laundry or hospitality sectors.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must live near Orchid Road, Jakande, Agungi, or Ikota.
