Job Description
GRATITUDE, INC. is looking for an experienced HORECA Sales Supervisor to enhance our dynamic team in Lagos. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies aimed at achieving our business objectives in the Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes (HORECA) sector.
Your key responsibilities will include managing vital client relationships, leading a team of sales representatives, analyzing market trends, preparing sales forecasts, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
To qualify, you should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, demonstrable experience in HORECA sales, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
