Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute commercial breeder farming tasks.
• Oversee farm operations and set objectives.
• Ensure a minimum of seven production cycles annually.
• Maintain average body weight of 2kg per bird in 4.5 weeks.
• Manage feed conversion ratio (FCR) and mortality rates.
• Follow SOPs for farm operations and maintenance.
• Maintain staff morale and oversee training.
• Ensure bio-security and farm presentation.
• Monitor KPIs and lead expansion efforts.

Requirements:

• B.Sc / HND in Animal Science or related field.
• 7+ years of experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
