Job Description

Rolan Foundation, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to making a tangible difference in the lives of vulnerable communities in Nigeria, is seeking a Grant and Programme Officer. This full-time position is based in Abuja (FCT).

Responsibilities include designing, monitoring, and implementing programs aligned with the Foundation’s mission, as well as fundraising and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s Degree, possess at least 5 years of experience with a reputable NGO in Nigeria, and have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong skills in project proposal development and budget preparation are essential.
