Job Description
Brit Properties Nig. Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Regional HR Manager to oversee talent acquisition and human resources operations across Ibadan & Oyo State. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of senior-level HR experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Overseeing candidate sourcing, screening, and selection.
- Fostering a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
The annual salary range is NGN 1,500,00 – 2,00,00 for this full-time role in the Real Estate sector.
