Job Description
Bridgegap Consults Limited is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for our Ibadan & Oyo State locations. The ideal candidate will develop and execute a sales plan to achieve a target of 10,00MT of NPK fertilizers. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, negotiating contracts, and leading brand marketing efforts.
The Regional Sales Manager will represent the company at trade shows and conduct market research to inform strategy. A strong focus on building and maintaining relationships with clients is essential. Candidates should be proactive, results-driven, and capable of analyzing market data.
