Job Description
Færder kommune is seeking a Registered Nurse/Specialist Nurse with further education in mental health and addiction for a permanent 80% position, primarily during the day (excluding weekends).
You will provide individual support to adults living in Færder municipality with mental health and/or addiction issues while contributing to the professional development of our services. The role involves both independent work and teamwork.
Key responsibilities include conducting focused change-oriented conversations, managing assessments, follow-ups, documentation, participating in team meetings, and collaborating with other agencies to enhance service quality.
