Job Description

The Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for customers, managing inquiries, reservations, and providing information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
• Handle reservations, bookings, or orders
• Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Manage administrative tasks
• Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area

Qualifications: OND / HND / B.Sc., 1 year of experience, good communication skills.

Salary: $50,00 – $80,00 monthly.
