Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Chemist will be responsible for sample preparation and acid digestion, as well as testing samples using Flame Photometry, UV, and AAS methods. You will prepare samples for testing and ensure compliance with laboratory protocols.
Duties Include:
– Standardizing and preparing solutions.
– Updating reagent stock and maintaining chemical inventory.
– Reporting safety issues and equipment malfunctions to the Laboratory Manager.
– Proper disposal of hazardous waste and ensuring adherence to safety standards.
– Troubleshooting technical issues and maintaining records of quality checks and chemical stocks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦150,00.00 – ₦300,00.00 per month.
