Job Description

TreeTop Consulting is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Ticketing Officer to join our team in Lagos. In this full-time position, you will manage and coordinate the sale and distribution of airline, bus, train, and event tickets. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and experience in ticketing systems.

Responsibilities:

• Book and issue tickets for various transportation services.
• Provide accurate information on routes, prices, and availability.
• Process cancellations and manage refund requests.

Requirements:

• Degree in Travel and Tourism or related field.
• Experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
