Job Description
Ajoke Group is a reputable distribution company specializing in the supply of major FMCG products nationwide. We are currently seeking a dedicated Executive Personal Assistant to join our team in Gbagada, Lagos.
Responsibilities: The Executive Personal Assistant will be responsible for raising credit notes, confirming payments, scheduling the executive’s calendar, managing communication, and performing general office duties. This role also includes conducting research, managing projects, and assisting in decision-making processes.
Requirements: Applicants must hold a B.Sc. in Accounting or a related field, possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
