Job Summary:
STUNNA CONSULTS LTD is seeking friendly and courteous Customer Service Representatives to join our modern laundry facility in Abuja (Gwarinpa, Wusa, Asoroko, and Garki). We are dedicated to providing clean, convenient, and affordable laundry services.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively.
- Process transactions and operate the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Upsell laundry services, discounts, and promotions.
