We are looking for a seasoned Head of Operations with a strong background in the microfinance bank sector. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, ensuring smooth transaction processing, account reconciliation, and cash flow management. You will develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency and handle discrepancies in financial transactions.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years of banking operations experience, Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in banking software.
Pay: ₦200,00.00 – ₦280,00.00 per month
