Job Description
Job Description: Talenthub Hr Network is seeking a detail-oriented Legal and Compliance Officer to manage contract drafting, oversee risk management, ensure corporate governance, and maintain regulatory compliance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) with a BL qualification.
- 3+ years of legal experience, preferably in financial services.
- Proficient in corporate and contract law.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
