Job Description

Gafford Property & Homes is seeking a Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be supervising sales staff, setting sales goals, securing leads, and training new agents.

The ideal candidate will possess an active real estate license and have several years of experience in the industry. A bachelor’s degree in business administration is preferred but not mandatory.

Key responsibilities include hiring and training agents, motivating them to exceed goals, sourcing leads, supporting complex sales, and implementing team-based sales strategies.

The salary range for this position is N150,00 – N250,00 monthly.
