Job Description

Tastee Fried Chicken is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Administrator to support our outlet operations. Your responsibilities will include daily routine checks on staff compliance, disseminating management directives, liaising with central HR, and maintaining accurate monthly reports.

Additionally, you will provide counseling on policies, report urgent information during emergencies, manage staff welfare, and oversee uniform requisitions. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to monitor staff appearance are essential for success in this role.
