Job Description

Olsale Farms is currently seeking an experienced Associate Agronomist to join our team in Owode and Ijebu Igbo, Ogun State. The successful candidate will oversee crop production, manage soil health, and implement sustainable farming practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement crop management plans
  • Conduct soil tests and analyze results
  • Supervise farm staff and provide training
  • Monitor crop health and apply pest management strategies
  • Collaborate with the farm manager to meet production goals
  • Stay informed about industry trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience
