Job Description
Join Human-Aware Real-Time Solutions Ltd as a Customer Success Associate, playing a vital role in enhancing customer experience, loyalty, and retention. You will manage client relationships, handle inquiries, conduct product demonstrations, and resolve complaints effectively.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming customer calls and inquiries.
- Building strong customer relationships.
- Cross-selling additional products and services.
- Maintaining customer accounts and keeping detailed records.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, prior experience in sales or marketing, strong communication skills, and familiarity with the CPaas/Telecommunications industry is a plus.
