Job Description

A&G Solutions Global Limited, a leading Ecommerce logistics company, is seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our technical support team in Lagos. This full-time position involves providing exceptional technical support to our clients by troubleshooting software and network issues promptly and professionally.

Key responsibilities include assisting clients via phone and email, installing and maintaining computer systems, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance our services. The ideal candidate will have over 1 year of experience in technical support, strong technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Salary: N250,00 – N500,00 monthly.
