ICS-Light Technologies Limited is seeking a compassionate and professional Customer Service Representative specializing in Social Healthcare Services. This role involves providing exceptional support to clients, healthcare providers, and service users, managing inquiries, and resolving concerns efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: Cold calling potential clients, booking healthcare professionals for shifts, sending reminders, solving problems, and handling queries related to appointments and billing.
Qualifications: BSc/HND, strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and residency in Kubwa, Deidei, or Dutse Axis, Abuja.
