Job Description
Halifield Schools is seeking a qualified Guidance Counselor to support our students in their academic and career development. Key duties include providing counseling services, conducting career planning activities, and mentoring students for social development. The ideal candidate will facilitate placement in appropriate studies, oversee mentoring sessions, and connect students with specialized agencies as needed.
Requirements: A first degree in Guidance Counseling, Psychology, or related fields; a Master’s degree is a plus. Applicants should have at least five years of relevant experience and possess strong communication, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence skills.
