Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Lead contact for all customer account management matters.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and maximize profits.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions based on customer needs.
• Prepare reports and track account metrics.
• Assist with challenging client requests when necessary.

Requirements:

• Experience as an Account Manager or relevant role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
