Job Description
The O Lounge is seeking a dedicated Hostess to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This role requires managing reservations, greeting and seating visitors, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing reservations, and maintaining a clean reception area. Successful candidates will handle guest inquiries promptly and coordinate with team members for seamless service delivery. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
