Job Description
KNN Corporate Services Limited is seeking a Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team in Victoria Island, Lagos. We are a group of professionals with over three decades of experience in corporate services.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Document all interactions in the CRM system and maintain accurate records.
- Meet key performance indicators while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members for seamless issue resolution.
- Stay updated on company products and suggest improvements.
Requirements: Candidates should possess a B.Sc/HND/OND qualification.
Salary: N140,00 – N150,00 monthly.
