Job Description
Bayshore Technologies is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our CEO. You will manage the CEO’s schedule, prepare documents for meetings, serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, and handle confidential correspondence. Additional responsibilities include coordinating board meetings, making travel arrangements, and assisting with personal projects as needed.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (preferred), 2+ years supporting C-level executives, exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦150,00.00 – ₦200,00.00 per month
