Job Description
THRYVE HR CONSULTING is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating meetings, managing the executive’s calendar, and handling travel arrangements. You will also screen correspondence, prepare reports and presentations, and act as a key contact between the executive and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree, with at least 2 years of experience in an assistant or executive assistant position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills are essential. You must demonstrate discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
