Job Description
Location: Ikota/Orchid Road, Lagos (Residential proximity to the Island is very crucial)
Work Mode: Fully Onsite
Salary: ₦150,00 per month
The Human Resource Officer at Keloy Consulting will manage recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance to maintain a productive workforce aligned with company policies.
Key responsibilities include coordinating recruitment processes, fostering employee relations, implementing training programs, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field with 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in retail, along with strong organizational and communication skills.
