Job Description
AITECH LAGOS is seeking a highly motivated Front Desk/Customer Care Administrative Officer to join our dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming phone calls, generating sales leads, assessing customers’ needs, and building sustainable relationships. You will also handle customer complaints, provide accurate information, and meet sales targets while keeping records of customer interactions.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of ₦80,00.00 – ₦100,00.00 per month. Candidates must have at least 3 years of customer service experience and be able to commute to Lagos reliably or plan to relocate before starting work.
