Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Assistant Manager to join CWAY Nigeria Abuja Manufacturing Co. Ltd. This role supports our HR department’s daily operations and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will introduce innovative ideas and demonstrate strong leadership while fostering employee engagement and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience.
- Membership with a recognized HR professional body (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an advantage.
- Proven leadership and strong communication skills.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Organize employee engagement activities.
