Job Description

Bukka Hut Restaurant, a fast-growing organization with nearly 20 outlets in Lagos, is seeking a dedicated Contact Center Agent to join our team in Lekki Phase 1. We prioritize our staff and are committed to people empowerment initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Make and receive calls.
• Process customer orders and follow up.
• Provide information and support.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Address complaints and inquiries.
• Maintain customer records.

Requirements:

• OND qualification.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills.

Salary: N70,00 – N80,00 monthly.
