Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HR operations, including payroll and compliance.
- Develop HR policies to enhance employee engagement.
- Oversee recruitment and training processes.
- Ensure efficient day-to-day administrative operations.
- Monitor HR metrics and generate reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
