Job Description
We are seeking a talented and passionate Mixologist to join our team at our upscale yet relaxed hotel bar and lounge. The ideal candidate has experience in crafting both cocktails and mocktails, with strong knowledge of drink recipes, presentation, and flavor profiles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and mocktails.
- Engage customers and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the bar.
- Manage inventory and ensure freshness of ingredients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a mixologist.
- Strong attention to detail.
