Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Shokhad Pharmacy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing new prescription and refill requests for patients, dispensing medication according to prescriptions or provider’s orders, and packing and labeling prescribed medications.

Additional responsibilities include tracking and maintaining medication inventory, assisting with billing and insurance claims, providing exceptional customer service, and educating patients about their medications. Adherence to pharmacy regulations and safety protocols is essential.
