Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Relations Officer to provide exceptional care and service for all items brought in for cleaning. Your expertise in fabrics and the dry-cleaning process will ensure our customers receive only top-quality services.

Major Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with their dry cleaning and laundry needs.
• Address customer complaints proactively.
• Sort, check, and book items in the system.
• Guide customers on cleaning processes.
• Handle financial transactions and billing.

Qualifications: OND/NCE or equivalent required; B.Sc/HND holders welcome. 1-2 years of related experience preferred.

Pay: ₦80,00.00 – ₦85,00.00/month
