Job Description
Location: Jimeta, Yola
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Officer to join our team at Micro Finance Bank in Lagos. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for outstanding customer service, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist with order placements and product inquiries.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Fluent in English, Igbo, and Hausa.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to multitask.
- Flexible to work shifts, including weekends.
