Job Description
Scimitar Global Services Limited is seeking a dedicated Loan Recovery Officer. The ideal candidate will contact customers to inform them of overdue loans, negotiate payment plans, and advise on payment options. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate customer information, listening to customer concerns, and documenting all interactions in our CRM. A strong proficiency in Hausa language is required, along with a minimum of NCE or OND qualifications. Candidates should have 6 months to 2 years of work experience and proximity to Ikeja GRA is preferable. This is a full-time position with a monthly salary ranging from ₦50,00.00 to ₦90,00.00, plus commission.
